I am blown away by the power of these exercises. Mr, Denney has rediscovered and recreated an incredible resource for those interested in a modern form of authentic and powerful mysticism for Westerners. Thunor's hammer exercise is undeniable in it's power and really brings a bodily understanding of electro-magnetic energy in the body. I feel a palpable connection to Thunor when I do this exercise. The Holle/Tyr meditation is beyond words. I've said it before, but these exercises created by Mr. Denney are equal or superior to any energy practices found in India or China.
