Roots & Branches 5 Element Qi Gong

How this DVD has helped in dealing with chemotherapy
My wife and I first began an interest in Qi Gong when she was seeking a way to deal with the side effects of her chemotherapy. She needed something to increase her energy so that she could get through the treatments. Also she was seeking a way to put her mind in a place where she could enter a zone of relaxation and good thoughts.

In the past we had done yoga but found it too taxing on her energy. We came to Qi Gong through a community demonstration and found it a wonderful way of coping.

That school has evolved into the international organization, the T'ai Chi Foundation. "Roots & Branches 5 Element Qi Gong," presented by Pat Gorman, represents with clarity and precision the Qi Gong and 5 Element teachings of Prof. Cheng Man-ch'ing as passed to Patrick Watson. This is the first...

Excellent work, creative and beautiful
Beautiful work in natural scenic surroundings with step-by-step body movements for each phase. Clear explanations of every part and phase of 5-element Qi Gong, cultivating a life force within one. Fascinating work on this ancient Chinese classical practice for transforming the body, mind and spirit. Extremely well done film.
